I have talked about it on and off for years. Now I'm finally doing something about it. I've bought my kit and have survived through two classes. The workout is most definitely kicking my ass and I'm sure I will be posting pictures of all the bruises I earn. But I'm loving it and I recommend it to anyone with an open mind, regardless of body shape.
Tess wrote a wonderful post the other day about body image. I've been talking to some friends about the very same subject. Sexy is confident. Sexy is being secure with the good and the bad. Because we all have something we don't like about yourselves. It turns out the the imperfections can be just as hot as the rest of ourselves. Our hang ups are not necessarily other people's hang ups.
I will leave you with a quote I ran across this morning. It spoke volumes to me. "I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not".
Be good to you.

Well until I'm able to actually 'work' the pole, pictures of bruises is the only thing you are going to see. lol
